When searching or browsing you can search multiple collections at once. If there are multiple collections you may want to set defaults for all users, or specific groups. This will ensure that upon login, after refresh, or reset, that the pinned collections are still selected. A user can of course make modifications during their search.
Pinned Collections by User Group
When creating user Groups in the ACC Admin Library for Content Catalog.
Select the User Groups tab at the top.
Next, select the Group Name you would like to set pinned Collections for.
Next select Edit in the side panel that appears.
Select the drop down to add collections that will appear pinned for this group. Then select Save.
The Pinned Collections been successfully added for this group.
