In Content Catalog, user access and permissions are based on Groups and not individual users.

In Content Catalog, user access and permissions are based on Groups and not individual users. Group permissions are administered in ACC Account Admin under Library then Content Catalog.

Below is a list of what features are available for each permission selection

ACC ADMINISTRATORS

ACC admins can view and manage everything in Content Catalog.

ACC Administrators Exclusive Duties:

NOTE: Regardless of a specific Groups permission level, the following actions can only be performed by company administrators:

  • Set Content Catalog Preferences

  • Manage Groups

  • Manage Collection
